Can't even see the menu sign, has no lights! Apparently they got a new cheap owner. Menu is different from other DDs plus they do not have the usual specials when u combine certain items. It's like less quality services for more money!

Got an ice coffee in the morning, no sugar or flavor after I told her 2 times. Disgusting coffee I had!

This DD is Awesome !!!
Excellent customer service the Indian ladies that work there are strong behind the counter, their wifi is pretty solid too and free, sometimes even when I am buying groceries next - next door it asks me to join, they also have public restrooms no purchase require to use, there is always a place to sit, this Dukin Donuts is truly a rest place in Forest Hills :-)

Do not go to this Dunkin Donuts. When DD nationally lowers their prices, like their small coffee coolatas for $1.99, this particular DD mysteriously runs out of all those ingredients. They don't make much money off of those so they choose not to sell them. Go spend your money else where.
