Customer service sucks one guy on his phone while he taking your order

RACISTTTTT

The people who work at this Dunkin Donuts are racist. My white friend had asked if they were hiring, they told her yes. I went the next day to ask and drop of my resume they told me they weren't hiring but took my resume. I left a message for the manager to see if it was reviewed. I was called and told to come in. When I arrived there were two staff at the counter. A man with a different colored shirt came from back. I asked if he was the manager. He looked at me and said no. I said well I was jist told to come in. Is he manager here. He said the manager is unavailable. I sat down and called the number I was called from back. I recived no answer. I asked again to the man with the orange shirt. Arr you the manager. He said no. I said is the manager here. He said no. I called again the number that told me to come in and left a message. About 5 mins later I receieved a text from the number giving me another number to call. I called that nimber and it was the number to another Dunkin Donuts on 3rd ave.... the whole ordeal was really strange. I called the previous number and left a message because of the confusion and wanted to speak with the manager again to clarify what had just happened. I didn't recive a call back yet. I believe that guy with the orange shirt was the manager and once he saw that I was black. He lied and pretended to be someone else. I can't beleieve what just happened. Theres no other plausible explanation!

I always find the staff to be attentive and relatively swift in completing my order.
