The customer service is poor. I ordered a chicken Ana know wrap with no bacon they put bacon and had the audacity to be upset that I had to repeat myself. They gave me a new sandwich but i was unclear who the sandwich was for because i received a blank stare. The coffee was pretty good and precise~

The food was good the customer service was the worst. The attitude I got after they got my order wrong. When I finally got my food, I had to guess it was my food the girls just looked at me with the bag in her hand. I asked her if that was mine and she gave me attitude. There was who I assume a manager there who kept on singing in Spanish as loud as she could. Very unprofessional. I live very close to this dunkin donuts and I prefer driving to the next one then coming here.

I think that some of the employees don't like working there or maybe they're just LAZY !!!
Customers are paying for Dunkin Donut products ... Not for Attitude from an Employee .

Good coffee though overpriced IMHO. Service is friendly and prompt. Try the coffee with blueberry or raspberry flavored syrup or both; you won't regret it.
