I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could. I'm a regular customer at Dunkin Donuts across the metro NYC placing large orders for groups of people. For 3 consecutive days, their service was slow, they pushed my order to the side to serve other customers and they were unwilling to give me bagels with cream cheese and butter on the side. 15 minutes after I placed my order, they were working on everybody else's order and still hadn't started mine! That's just completely unacceptable, I waited in line and placed my order, its their obligation to prioritize getting my order out instead of postponing it to serve other customers. These guys apparently couldn't juggle more than 1 order at a time. Today it took me 40 minutes to leave with a box of joe, half a dozen bagels (no cream cheese or butter) and 25 munchkins. That's not even a big order! I've been to small dunkin donuts and placed an order twice that size where I've been in and out in 15 minutes, namely the one by Metropolitan Hospital. By the time I returned to my job, the guys waiting for the food and coffee had left. Thanks for nothing. They should be kicked out of the Dunkin Donuts franchise.
