Dunkin' Donuts

Omg I have never wrote a review, I hate them, but jeez its 5:45am and they stressed me. Who ever these imbeciles are that work this shift need to go. They refused to heat up my donut for 10 secs telling me they only have an oven wtf its a turbo oven same as every dunkin dounuts and starbucks. Then I asked for light and sweet coffee they give me a piece of sh☆t. When I ask for more sweet they ask me did I mix it, mind you the mixer is sitting in my cup. What a bunch of lowlifes who rather be doing something elese rather than servicing clientele.

This place is filled with extremely rude people who don't like being there. I understand that it's an awful job and that you don't get paid much but don't take it out on me.

The worst dark roast coffee ever you could drink it at midnight today.

Fresh donuts, great coffee, and good service. What else do you need from a DD? Just don't park your car in the lot and do your shopping elsewhere. Common sense. They don't just tow cars without reason. If you actually bought a donut, show your receipt or ask to see the video surveillance.

This Dunkin Donuts never had a particularly wonderful selection, but I always went there anyway. One day, however, I parked in the lot and within about 30 seconds a tow truck tried to take my car. The guy hadn't actually hooked my car, but he had blocked me from leaving the lot. I explained to them that I had grabbed a donut and eaten it already, but naturally the tow truck just wanted money and told me if I didn't pay $50 dollars he would take my car. There was another guy in the lot calling me a liar, I don't know if he was under the employ of the Dunkin Donuts or not, but either way I wrote a letter to the franchise owner requesting some kind of response to what happened - to no avail. I have vowed never to shop there again as a result. I hope they are glad to have stolen my $50, they would have made much more money if they just allowed me to remain a customer.
