The worst DD ever. The staff has no manners and move extremly slow. They move like they are in a permanent daze. To make matters worst i asked about what specials/promotions that DD have and neither the cashier or manager knew. I as the customer had to go on DD app to see what promo they have and inform the staff. Whaw. For me it only takes 1, and that was my 1st and will be my last experience at that DD

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I drink DD coffee every day, this one was the worst. I drove off without testing, on the road, I realized how bad the coffee was, I couldn't go back...

I've been going to this DD for years and have never had any complaints until recently.Within the last year I have had an issue EVERYTIME I have gone. Today, I was given a extra large cup of brown COFFEE WATER instead of my cookie dough dark roast goodness.This was not the first time but it was the last straw for me. The last time the coffee was right but the sandwich was completely wrong.It seems like at this location you cant have both. I will not be purchasing anything from this location ever again.I refuse to have to resort to causing a scene just to get my order taken correctly.Somethings gotta give!!

I visit this one often. It's hard to get to this side of the street when going North on Flatbush Ave. It has a quick turn over on the staff and I have to train them each time on how I like my coffee but they will get it right. I go around 11pm to get my morning coffee for the next morning. The donuts aren't covered and tend to be a bit stale. It's not a DD policy to leave the donuts covered or protected and since they do not use gloves when touching them--I pass--same with the sandwiches/bagels.
Its for coffee that's it.
It has a few tables to sit but you need to clean up before sitting. They also have Baskin Robbins inside.
