Dunkin' Donuts

Quick service in the mornings despite the long line.

This is the most poorly managed Dunkin I've ever been to and after going to this place four times in the past 10 days I can say I will not be going back to this place unless their service improves and they are cleaner. It's awful in there, lines aren't attended to, cashier is joking around with people each time and not attending to the customers, loud groups of teens are loitering in the front seating. Also it's definitely NOT funny to joke about making the order wrong to the customer, which happened to me. I expect my dunkin' coffee how I order it and that is someone's food. Despite this - I dismissed it as an off day and went back 3 times after that first time. I noticed service is awful when the short one with the glasses is working. The second time I went she wasn't working and my experience there was good and I got the drink made how I ordered it thus I am content and happy customer and I tipped them - that's all I ask. The following session I went to claim my coffee reward perk and I kid you not I got chunks of soft mushy mysterious stuff in my coffee!! Gross.
