- Terrible #25600

Horrible service in the morning/late night shifts. Workers will ignore you and stand there doing nothing. Service is always slow and rude. Workers don't show much respect or positive attitude.

Best dunkin donuts ever. These kids really know how to make coffee well. And the service is friendly. Only negative part....sometimes you find weirdos hanging out inside the store.

Ok, first...
Me and my wife every morning buying coffee from here, no problems what's so ever. Sometimes they mess up your orders, but we all people, we all make mistakes. But the person who works evening shifts on a drive, he always slow, u have to wait him for 5 minutes for just taking an order, then u have to wait for 10 more minutes while he makes it, and then u gonna find that u ordered mint chocolate, instead of regular hot chocolate that u originally ordered, or if ask for caramel latte, and then u just drink latte without caramel.

Awful service. They ALWAYS get my orders wrong in the drive thru. So I tried going in and still get my order wrong plus they burn food all the time. The bathrooms are nasty. My 4 year old had to potty bad and once i walked in there I told her to hols it because it was pretty bad in there. Looked and smelt like it hadn't been cleaned in days. They need to care more or get different workers that do care..
