Stopped here to have a break before going back to Manhattan on the Staten Island Ferry. It's a Dunkin' Donuts.

This Dunkin Donuts location is always crowded due to the courthouse and other professional buildings in the area. The staff is not very friendly, but I have never experienced them to be rude either. Whenever I go in, during the early morning hours, the shelves are fully stocked and they are able fulfill my order. The service is quick even with a heavy crowd.
