WORST service at night, everything is old and one time I got glass yes GLASS in my milk shake, thank God I didn't swallow any pieces!

Never again will I return to the Dunkin Donuts on Forest Ave between Clove and Victory. The service was rude and just plain bad. I had to repeat my order several times and it still came out incorrectly, and they tried to overcharge me. When I mentioned the overcharge, they rolled their eyes at me. They were extremely rude to the customer before me as well. To make matters worse, my iced coffee tasted awful, but by that point I was too fed up to even deal with it, so I left unsatisfied and with left money than I had arrived with. The management at this location has ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS being associated with the good name of Dunkin Donuts.

New owners took over and ever since then the service ,coffee, and donuts have been horrible. I have lived in this neighborhood for years and this is as worse as it gets! Don't waste your money!
