Dunkin' Donuts

Thieves. Advertised special and charged full price. Dealt with person named Pinky who was rude and did not know what she was talking about. Did not fix the problem and told me to talk to the manager who wasn't even there. And to top things off the coffee was not as good as other dunkin donuts in the area.

i could bet my life that these "positive 5 star reviews" are from people that work there. matter of fact i think one of them is from the chick who screwed up my order this morning! -_- I swear if I could avoid this DD i will. They NEVER get my order right and WHY WHY WHY am i always being shorted on my hashbrowns. i should be getting 6! NOT 5, and DEF NOT 4! it's frustrating because it's EVERY SINGLE TIME! are you really saving that much on shorting me a dang on hashbrown or two EVERY TIME! then, i asked to sub me a coke for the iced tea/coffee it comes with and instead of charging me the difference, they charge me for an additional coke. What's the pt of getting the damn combo, paying $7 and change for $3 worth of food that i'm not getting right in the first place?! i'd rather go to mcdonalds if that's the case! get it together!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The service is great. Nilesh, Ahmed, Nikki, Pinky, and all the others make ot feel like you are family. I have had many great experiences and even met my boyfriend here. I love this place. They have helped my kids school by donating several items for our fundraisers. Thank you guys and gals for making my many visits wonderful and pleasurable, I will continue to visit.

Nice and clean store ! I think this is the best dunkin donuts in NJ . All the products are available any time . I will give them more than 5 star .. Thank you management
