I paid $8,500 to control hill-side water/drainage. The work was started in Nov. of 2014. Due to weather the work was not completed . Mike Armato stated he was the owner of Dun Well, and promised to finish the job in the spring. He has never returned, making appointments and not showing up.
There is fraud in every aspect of this companies performance. The names listed as owner does not correspond with any records. My lawyer found the address used by this company ...mail was undeliverable.
I found the men who worked on my property did a fine job when they showed up. There was a complete lack of supervision and expertise by the owner.
Now you are warned. What more do you need to know.

Horrible - Crooks! Still waiting to pass inspection on a new chimney from May of 2014! They lied about the permit and didn't get one until they were backed against the wall. The permit stated the job cost $2500 when it was actually 4x the amount. Also, some concrete work completed on another chimney was a fail! The concrete continues to rain onto my roof!

DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY! If you do you will be very sorry. These people will string you along and never finish the job. They will ask you for cash under the guise of saving sales tax. DON'T DO IT! I personally know an individual who is going thru a terrible experience with these people. Call the Hawthorne police department, the Passaic County division of Consumer Affair or the NJ State Division of Consumer Affairs and find out first hand!

Avoid at all costs! I paid them 13 grand in July of 2013, to replace a 40 year old, cracked slab of concrete. By November of 2013, the new concrete had more cracks than the old concrete had. After six phone calls and a threat of legal action, they finally showed up 19 August 2014, to haul off the defective slab. Ten days later, and they still haven't returned to pour the replacement slab. I can't use my garage now until it's poured and set. They're the worst construction company I have ever dealt with. I am within days of calling my attorney.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID... dealing with this company. The company policy is they call you ONCE before stopping for an estimate. If you miss the call, they would not even bother to try to contact you again! I took the afternoon off and wait for them, NEVER pitch up.
What make it worse, I get yelled at me when I called to follow up. I was told "YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A PHONE". Excuse me????? I was told "THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM IF YOU MISS THE CALL AND YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE PHONE" well it's your problem to contact me again if you want my business. Obviously they don't ---- I asked if them if they know how to run a business and I was told "YES" this is how we work. Shocking the way I got treated. After reading the previous post, I see this is a norm there.
Wanted to file a complaint with BBB, they told me they are affiliated, but this is not the case.
I AM THE CUSTOMER AND GIVING YOU MY BUSINESS (AND $$$) AND THIS IS HOW I GET TREATED.
Obviously they do not care much about your business. I am so glad that this happened an never met them and did not give them the job. Imagine if I have given them the contract that get treated that way.
