This place is scary. I have been going to this duane read for over 10years and I have seen a guy shoplift few times. I saw the same guy a lot of times. I never said anything because i was small and scared. Customer service is really bad. And they barely have any makeup products. They dont bring anything new. The previous manager was rude.

This is one of the worst Duane Reades you will come across. Sometimes they will prohibit you from purchasing alcohol on sundays. . . which is ridiculous. They let people cut in line, they are slow as turtles and they are barely understandable. . . Go late at night where the younger workers are working are a little speedier and understand the issues we deal with.
