The management and pharmacist at this Duane Reade is absolutely horrendous. On more then one occasion the pharmacist, when they feel like giving service, have been rude and nasty. The management refuses to take responsibility for the horrible service, and when complaints are made to head office, they do not return calls. I would rather walk 6 blocks to the one on 86th street then deal with these people.
