The absolute worst pharmacy staff that I have ever encountered.
Bar none.
I called today to have my script filled. I have never asked to have this script filled early(within the allotted grace period of 6 days).
I did this one time only to encounter a scam. Mark THE PHARMACIST WITH A GOD COMPLEX IS HUGELY INCORRECT AND UNWILLING TO SEE AND SIGHT DUANE READ AS THE CAUSE OF MY PROBLEM,
The staff , including mark, has been filling my scripts without my permission or request for months Early for some NOW (6 MONTHS) and too early for others. so early infact that the insurance would not pay. they CALLED ME AND SAID TO PICK UP A SCRIPT, WHEN I ARRIVED THEY ASKED FOR 90.00 IN CASH.
I had to tell them to stop it. all OF MY INFORMATION WAS INCORRECT IN THE COMPUTERS INCLUDING INSURANCE, HOME TELEPHONE AND ADDRESS.
Anyway, due to their errors of early filling, i can not fill my script 3 days early, not 6 days...3. Why? They are in trouble , a tech was fired, and now I am being scammed and punished by MARK...THE MAN WITH A GOD COMPLEX. HE IS REFUSING TO LEGALLY FILL MY SCRIPT.
MARK, IS TELLING ME THAT I CANNOT FILL IT TILL THE 19TH, WHEN IN FACT, THE 11TH IS THE DATE OF FILL ON THE LABEL.
THEY SCREWED UP AND ARE NOW CAUSING ME SUCH STRESS AND PAIN AND I NOW CANNOT TRAVEL....ALL DUE TO MARK.
