I had a mix up with a credit card purchase and Ba the manager was very curtious and kind about helping me and even called to check and confirm that everything was taken care of.

Bad service! Tried hard to get a simple answer from the pharmacist, asking whether an ingredient is over the counter or not and if she can recommend something similar that is available without prescription. She was talking to me whilst on the phone with someone else and clearly not listening to what I was saying.
Well done hiring Duane Reade...

I first discovered DR way back in 1994. they were the best. I only would go to them for my drugstore needs. Over the last few years they have gotten very very expensive. On some items I always buy they are more than $3 or more than some competitors. Sorry DR I had to go elsewhere.
