The staff in here are nice and helpful. Some of the managers are really lovely people. I am glad I live close to this duane reade because I have no doubt they would help you out in a jiffy.

In a city full of Duane Reade, this is one of them. This store is in the middle of the general expectation: not a particularly large or small location. I've never had a problem with the service. The store is split-level, so if you are looking for the pharmacy or cosmetics section, head downstairs.

This DR store is just great..they had a trouble with photo machine but when I explained I really need to have the photos printed, the manager Batrie came and call the assistance to fix the photo printing machine so I could get my order.. They really cared and I didn't feel like I was bothering them..
