Going here for many years. Great store and close to my house too! So if I need medicine or something I can just run 2 blocks to get it!

Overpriced compared to other Duane Reade locations. This particular store has some type of vermin issue. As you walk in you are hit with the small of decaying rats or mice. It's been this way for over 10 years now!!!

The service was horrible - unreliable, inconsistent and incredibly annoying. The pharmacist wanted to verify the dosage prescribed by my doctor which is great, but the staff kept telling me different stories (at one point said there was a problem with my insurance) and sent me on a total wild goose chase. They kept saying they can't get in touch with my doctor but when I tried calling the doctor I had no problem reaching her. They also said I will be notified when the prescription is ready and it ended up sitting on their shelf for two days before I called again.
