The prices are getting out of hand. Staff is not really helpful.

Fast service, and glad to help in an emergency. Always friendly. One of the pharmacists knows be my name and always says hello. One of the other staff always has a smile on. The rest all are very professional.

Actually, I'd rate at zero stars.
Someone please replace the staff, especially at the pharmacy, with individuals who don't walk around with a stick up their behinds all the time.

The pharmacy staff thinks it's okay to go ahead a refill prescriptions that need to be ordered and will take days to fill without calling to notify customers. One particular time I had been in the emergency room the previous evening and went to fill a script for pain medication; the pharmacy staff member, without looking at me, took the script and began mumbling that she'd have to order it and took it upon herself to begin processing without asking if it was okay. Hello, idiot--do you think I'm going to wait three days for pain medication after a recent emergency?

But what trumps all terrible service is this one particular staff member who is just sadly unhappy with her life, so she gives every customer an attitude, every time. Congrats--this is the most recognition you'll get for anything.

Never filling a script, nor purchasing, from this DR again.
