Absolutely terrible service. Was disappointed over a year ago, decided to give them a second chance. This visit, I was guaranteed over the phone same-day service for wash and fold. I also received an emailed coupon for wash and fold service. The attendant had no knowledge of any coupons. She was bad mouthing the owners and company. More importantly, after paying, I was informed that it would take two days. I apologized and said I could not agree to that time frame and I would like a refund. Took her 15 minutes to attempt to process a refund because of her lack of knowledge on how to work the system. Kept referring to someone else guaranteeing me the time frame when I knew it was her. No apologies or discounts were offered and I left without any of the services I wanted being provided.
