DRY CLEANING GREEN

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRY CLEANER. I went there for 3 years and noticed one of my very good shirts that was new had different color buttons put on the front of it after it had been washed only 3 times. Obviously the dry cleaner broke the buttons and replaced them with black buttons when all the other buttons were white. When I brought the shirt back in to Dry Cleaning By Tappan, the owner said that I must have had it cleaned at another store. When I insisted he look in his computer to see how often I have been to his store, he said "for $1.55 a shirt, I had no expectation that my shirts would not be damaged. If I want him to be responsible then I need to pay $6 a shirt for dry cleaning." I asked that he simply change the buttons on the shirt so that they match. He refused and said that the company he sent my shirt out to made the mistake and that he no longer did business them. Therefore he was not responsible.??? For something that would cost him under $5, he lost a customer that brought in a minimum of $50 in dry cleaning a month as well everyone that reads this review. There are too many dry cleaners in the area to go to this one who obviously feels absolutely no responsibility for your clothes. His own employee disagreed with him.
