I paid $2500 for an MRI of my lumbar and cervical spine. When I asked for a copy of my films which were paid for in full they informed me it would $10.00 per film! There are over 20 films. They said my payment for the MRI was for the test and if I wanted a copy of MY films I had to pay for them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The girl on the phone was extremely rude and stated I cannot order them on the phone. I had to come in and sit down for "an hour or two" untill they were printed. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
