We purchased a wheel chair built by Drive Medical less than a year ago. The first month the seat needed replacing; it took over 2 months to get the replacement. The leg lifts have never worked properly but no help from the company on these.The tires dry rotted within the first 5 months; this is all called "normal wear and tear" by the company. This chair has only left the house 3 times and is used by our 83 year old mother to get around the house "on bad days". We have repeatedly asked for help on this chair and all requests are ignored. Company calls are no help... they send you to their vendors who of course can do nothing if the company refuses to replace parts or fix problems.
Do not waste your money with this company!
