Dream Nails

Went to Dream Nails a few weeks ago and had an absolutely fantastic service. I however had forgot my purse and had to go back home for the money. Dont know if they believed me or not but I went and came back in under 10 minutes. Now i went yesterday, May 22 at 11.30 as they told me and sat for 40 minutes waiting to get a refill and gel paint. Nothing. Then 3 regulars I assume came in and she comes to me and says I will have to wait at least an hour before they can see me or i can come back. Nope, not going back. I dont think it was a color issue but a lack of respect issue.

The work is actually very good but the way I was treated and brushed aside means i will not be spending my money for that kind of treatment. FYI I was actually going to do about $150 worth of services yesterday.

The owner embodies terrible customer service. She rushes through every service and can't be bothered to make sure you (the client) are comfortable. Every waxing experience with her was terrible. She'll pour the wax so hot it drips. Today it actually dripped into the corner of my eye and she gave me only a small paper towel to clean it. On top of that she ALWAYS takes off too much. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but this is visit number 5 with her and the treatment is still the same. The other girls are always great. Always pleasant and great customer service. Three stars for them. Just beware of the older woman.

Always happy with how my nails and eyebrows turn out! All of the staff is friendly and inviting.

Once I came near closing and was the last customer. They did not rush me and did a great job!

don't ever get acrylic or gel nails. Terrible! They look so thick and ugly I had o take them off myself the next day.
Besides that, they are greedy and fake
