I like the choices on Drama Fever, but currently am having problems with "error loading browse list". Have not been able to view any shows all day. I have left 2 emails and have received no response or explanation for the problem. So right now customer service does not rate high.

Horrible customer service and misleading advertisements. First of all, it took me forever to even find their contact info. Their "contact us" tab on their website takes you to a blank page. I finally figured out that you can contact them through messages in their app, but I have still not received any reply.
