Quite simply the best shoe repair I've encountered in NYC. I like John Fluevog shoes quite a bit. They last forever but the way I use them the heels are a mess in a few months of walking around NYC. I've taken the boots to a number of places in the last few years but finally Fluevog's staff told me about Drago Shoe Repair.
The work has been done to perfection. They rebuilt heels, fixed another pair of my girlfriend's boots that she found in a thrift store so that they look like new. Not a drop of glue out of place, they look better than ever.
I highly recommend them!

I've been going to drago for 9 years! Drago has fixed many of my shoes. The only guy I trust to fix my shoes. Always good price and fast.

Definitely don't recommend this place, they don't stand behind their work. I had the tips repaired on a pair of boots and after a few days, one of them came off. I called before going back over to see if they would replace them for free and they said stop by but then I did and they said no. It was a waste of my time and they were not very friendly. Luckily, there's another place only a few blocks away on Hudson called David's Shoe & Watch Repair that costs the same and does much better work.

If you like being quoted one price then getting the run around and being charged DOUBLE when you try to pick up your shoes you should go to Dragos. Otherwise avoid it and go somewhere that will actually do the work.
