Dr. Zhanna Libis, MD

I went to Dr. Libis after a bad experience with my sons first Dr. and I must say I was extremely disappointed with the way my family and I were treated. I should have known to cancel my appointment after I was given the wrong address to the practice by the staff, and then being told that no one gave me that address. I overlooked that as a simple error and went over to the Edison location, upon entering the exam room the Dr. did not even introduce herself, instead she made very offensive remarks regarding myself and significant other. As I began to explain to her why we were there and why we are looking to switch our child's care as well as my concerns with my sons health to her she immediately became very nasty stating that she wasn't just a Dr. that gave referrals. I attempted to tell her that the reason for my visit was not just for a referral but I did want to address concerns with my sons breathing, she then continued being rude. At that moment I ended our visit and wished her a great day. I have been working in the medical field for over 6 years now and I have never experienced anything like this before I am beyond disappointed and utterly disgusted that someone like this is caring for children and is not the least bit sympathetic to concerns of patients.
