I just came back and had the worst medical visit in my entire life.
I was "greeted" with why my daughter has not made her regular visits (it was 1yr) and told I was a bad father!
Questions were asked if my daughter had taken any anti-biotics in her lifetime. I repeatedly said NO only to hear "are you sure" again, followed by a smug grin.
As another review had noted, she made eye contact talking to my chest. Look up, ok? When asked about the potential costs, I was not given a range as to what my out of pocket should be. I called my insurance and they refuted her no response claim.
ill keep it brief. Listen everyone, you want to select a dentist or medical professional that provides effective communication, good/accomodating patient to doctor relationship, and lastly you should feel respected. I am in the finance industry, medicine is not my expertise. Do not assume the patient you are communicating with speaks your language!! Would I ask you what the intrinsic value of a off the run index?
Stay away, be warned.
