made an appointment that was scheduled 2 WEEKS later, and when I went there for my scheduled appointment, I was told to wait at least 2 more hours till it was my turn to be seen. FIRST OF ALL, ALMOST EVERYONE THERE IS TOLD SO TO WAIT AT LEAST 45 MINUTES after the scheduled appointment time, this is for psycho-therapy, how can you expect people to wait comfortably among crowded clinic for 2 HOURS with anxiety condition IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I simply left and never look back as many people did that day. they intentionally overbook people and try to cut everyone's visit time to as short as possible, yet still charge lot of money, what a horrific experience.

This doctor is very , very unprofessional .... I went to her to get clearance for work and i told her I had a certain amount of time to do it... She was lying to me and trying to con me to tell me I need to see her a several times before I can get clearance .... When I told her I did not have that amount of time and she said she could fit me in between appointments , but would Have to CHARGE me double the money .... She also maded it clear at first it was not a money issue because I was paying in cash ... Total Contradiction .... I do not recommend this doctor to Anybody .... Not only was she not professional , her staff was not polite at all.... She is not an honest doctor and not trust worthy at all....

Dr Chen recommended Abilify. At the time I did not have insurance and could not afford a $700/month treatment. She was selling me the samples she was receiving from drug reps. The sample says on it clearly " not for sale". She was selling them for a much cheaper price but there is no integrity in this practice.
I am shocked how certain physicians practice without morals.
I do not recommend her at all.

We needed her professional services. Often 2 hour visits were cut to 10 and 20 minutes with loud lines out the door. The report we paid $900 for, as recommended by our lawyer for immigration proceedings, were so poorly written and simply false, they were completely un-usable in any way shape or form. Their were very clear factual errors in her report, so much so it made me doubt she has a real certification to practice.
