Dr. Xin Pang MD - New Gen Medical

As a Doctor I expect my health professionals to be the best. Dr Pang fits the description; she is knowledgeable, thorough, very professional, caring and super smart.
She listens carefully and places the patient's well-being above all.

First off the staff is AMAZING. Alice is beyond helpful and always on point with everything. There open on Sunday which is GREAT. My appointment was made the same week that I called and even better, everything was done on sight blood test, PFT and EKG. Dr.Pang seriously is amazing. Dr.Pang is very humble and extremely attentive. I myself work in the medical field and been and seen many doctors before, Dr.Pang is truly the best I have come across. She’s a doctor that will tell you how it is and make sure that you get the best treatment possible. My whole family now goes to Dr.Pang and we truly adore her and her staff. I can go on and on, but you have to make an appointment and see for yourself.

I've been to so many different PCPs around the area and she is the best! She's attentive, patient, caring, detail oriented, and so many other things. I've seen her before in another office, I am SO happy that she finally opened her own office in Brooklyn! She actually takes her time examining me and trying to find out what is wrong with me as compared to the other doctors.

Dr. Pang is the BEST doctor I know of!!!!! I DON'T want to see ANY OTHER DOCTOR since I have started seeing Dr.Pang three years ago.

Dr.Pang is so nice and patient that she takes time out to listen to my complaints and answers my questions thoroughly. She would never rush me out of her office like what some other doctors do. I know I can always count on her to do a complete physical exam on me. Because of her physical exam, I was able to be diagnosed with my condition earlier when no one else could tell me what was wrong with me.

In addition, Dr. Pang is always readily available to take my call whenever necessary.

The office is clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Making appointment to see Dr.Pang is quick and easy. They are open on Sundays. Waiting time is usually less than 30 minutes.

Great, first experience. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The clinic was nice and clean. Waiting period was short. Dr. Pang was attentive, always asking open ended questions. She also did a thorough physical exam on me. She took the time out to answer all my questions. I highly reccomend her to my friend and family.
