Very nice and polite. Made everything easy

I was scared of dentist since I was little but was forced to visit one when my mouth situation got out of control. I started seeing Dr Lee by my friend's recommendation as I was looking for someone competent, with gentle approach that could explain each procedure that will be performed before he starts working on me, to help me feel more at ease. I have to say that after just first 2 visits in Clark Dental Care I'm not scared of dentist any more! My 4 caps and 2 root canals are holding up great after 5 years! I learned the hard way that keeping my mouth healthy is better than treating it so I enjoy coming in for a routine checkups as the front desk and the Dr himself are very friendly. Highly recommended!

The filling he did on my tooth was leaking within less than a year. Had to be repaired by another dentist. Overcharged me for the services and even though he and his stupid assistant were told many times by me and my insurance reps, they still insisted they charged me the right amount. It was dragged over half a year and resolved after I wrote a complaint. Only then they send me a check. No apology, no nothing. Avoid those thieves.
