I was forced there by a lack of available appointments at my regular doctor. Unbelievably, you are made to write down all of your credit card information including the security code on a piece of paper! God knows where they keep all of that! I was given a quick once over and a strep test (the reason I went) for a total of about 10 minutes and was charged the specialist copay of $40!! How is a doctor located in a Duane Reade a specialist?! I was also not given this information prior to being charged. Obviously, they are preying on helpless, sick people. Next time, I will go with my gut and just rest and drink liquids.

I moved to Brooklyn in August, with all plans to make that the next phase of my life. Two weeks into it, I woke up with an eye infection and what I thought was an ear infection. Went here to get help. Initial help was none at all. Front desk assistant seemed to laugh under her breath far too much. The doctor was okay, nice but I could tell she wanted to go home. Bad faker. Oh, and she misdiagnosed my "ear infection". Turns out I had an inner ear and brain tumor, which I found out upon going to another doctor. Moved back upstate because of it and am just recooperating from surgery. Lucky to have caught it as late as I did, but still suffering from nerve damage and deafness.

<br/>Good for a common cold or prescriptions. But I also thought I had something routine, so maybe you just want to avoid them altogether.
