So far it's been a chore trying to get an appointment. When I call, I've been treated like a third world citizen, shuffled off and given the option for an appointment weeks in advance. Told thats my only choice, take it or leave it. Don't like it? Well we have something in a few weeks in Hoboken where there is no parking... I'm going to try again before my vacation, I'll keep you all updated.

I was a bit apprehensive going to get two root canals re-done since original experience was somewhat unpleasant and painful. Vivian did a good job explaining the reason for the procedure as well as the process involved. My experience was completely painless and relaxed. I can't say I enjoy going to the dentist like most but in this case I don't mind it so much. I would certainly recommend her to friends and family.

I got an emergency appointment with Dr. Graham, and was terrified of the cost and of being in more pain than the pain I was already in. The office was really pretty and modern, with water and snacks set out. The whole atmosphere helped put me at ease. She explained everything, staff worked with me on the fees (I'm uninsured), and did a great job. Staff knows what they are doing and everyone is very compassionate. Extremely happy with her services and staff.
