I found the staff to be very pleasant but this dentist was very unsociable, distant, and uninterested. Im not sure because of her location in the bronx she gives poor service because the ppl are not wealthy. I wanted to find out the work that I needed done and about the procedures and it was like pulling teeth to get her to explain the procedures and the waiting time. I will still need a second opinion for another dentist to explain everything. I switched dentist because I moved but Id rather take the 30 min. drive to a nice pleasant dentist who is geniunely concerned rather than deal with this person. The cleaning took about 5 minutes and felt rushed. I would not recommend at all. I hope this will help others just because it is in a certain area doesnt mean you can provide bad service.
