I love the staff and yes they know what they're doing. Dr Steve always does an extensive survey to determine immediate and future needs. And I want that info even if I can't do it all right now. I only have one set of teeth and they got to last me a lifetime. Thanks Dr. Steve!

Staff are friendly and well trained. Most patients are on a first name basis immediately. Dr Acker is knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain what is happening and why. My impression is that he keeps up with the latest in current techniques and technology. The practice invariably finds a way to schedule a patient in pain. I have only been a patient for 5 years, but my wife has been a client for at least 15-20 years. Recommend strongly.

It is actually fun going there!! Staff is great and very talkative. In fact we all laugh for my entire vistit before and after I'm in the chair....many times!!!
