Dr. shine shoe repair shop

DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHOES HERE!!!!!!!!! This place is horrible! I took in my shoe for the heels to be fixed and was promised it would be ready for delivery same day before 5pm. At 5pm the shoe was not my my office, my office is only 2 blocks away! When I called the guy was extremely rude, he kept telling me that he would check on my shoes and call me back and never did. Finally I called him at 5:30 to tell him to just deliver the next day and he said the shoes would be delivered by 10am. 10:30 the next day STILL NO SHOES. I called him to asked what was going on and he said the shoes would be delivered in 30min. I forgot to mention he also told me I was being rude and nasty, yes people this is how they treat their customers. He then called me about 10 min later to tell me not only that my shoes were not fixed yet but it would also take a couple of days to get the shoes fixed. Here I am thinking the issue was the delivery, now my shoes were not even fixed the whole time. I will NEVER take any of my shoes there ever again and DO NOT recommend anyone does as well. They are extremely rude and the service is extremely bad!
