Dr. Lopez is wonderful. The staff needs to communicate more. I was there 7/1/16 for a TB shot for my daughter and a hearing test. They try to do the hearing test but she was acting up and they could not do the TB shot because they needed to see the area for the shot in two to three days and Monday was the 4th of July understand. Came back 7/5/16 give her TB shot and I explain to assistant about the hearing test. She said they did the hearing test when she was born so she does not need it, I left. Then came back the Friday so they can look at the TB shot area, I left and came home only to receive a message for a hearing test need s to be done. I called them and left a voice message telling them I told the assistant on Tuesday about the hearing test for my daughter, she just did not want to hear it. I also told them I will make the appointment when my husband gets time off. Got a letter yesterday stating they call me several time, they called one time no message. Called a few minute ago they say they been call me. I said I have the record on my phone I got one phone call and no message. It so sad the staffs are the backbone of your practice. They can ruin you and build you up. Hope to find a new pediatrician soon. They really can take the Joy out of the name.

the worst doctors ever you call them and never help you stay away I am going to change as son as posible

I have been going to this office since my first child was born ( 8 years ago) and it wasn't was bad as it is now. They want to schedule a massive amount of patients at the same time. So you end up making an appointment and waiting over and hour to see the doctor. I much rather have them tell me just to come in whenever and wait a turn. To make matters worse, they would not release my child's record.

It's been a good experience. It's been very convenient that doctors and staff are bilingual and overall everyone is very professional and amiable.
