Dr Boyd is great when you actually get to see him, however the average wait time is 2 hours! One time, I waited 3 hours. The staff is unprofessional, there was one time they forgot I was waiting, even after I signed in! I am disgusted at the lack of respect they have for your time. Their scheduling is the worst! I have changed doctors, and now only wait 10 minutes max.

They make you wait forever. I had an appointment for 6:30, I didn't see the doctor until around 8:15. I'm not really sure why it was even necessary for me to make an appointment, because it didn't actually get me in any faster. Dr Boyd also tried to talk me into taking a bunch of prescriptions for my allergies, even though I repeatedly said that they were fine and I didn't need any extra help with them.
I don't know why anyone would consider nearly a two hour wait to see a doctor acceptable, but I know I won't be returning.

waited way to long to be seen. The nurse in the back seemed like she doesnt know what shes doing. I wont be returning.

I love Dr. Boyd it'd true on the wait time but that's because he doesn't rush you out! His receptionist Mary in my opinion is the BEST. She's always friendly and accommodating to your needs Dr. Boyd is lucky to have her a real Gem in my opinion and I have dealt with some nasty receptionist doesn't make for a good Dr. visit.
