The office got a bit better even though they run this place like too much of a machine. One complaint is that the office managers never call you back. They seem so overstaffed yet call backs are just terrible. The doctor seems brilliant but he comes off like a snob with no bed-side manner and he is rather rude. The only reason I am still going is that there is really not much better to choose from on Staten Island and they all charge an arm and a leg for the cosmetic procedures, peels, etc.

I like this place because of the way I am treated by the Doctor. I like the whole staff now. They keeped the good staff that cares about the patients. They got rid of the ones that didn't.
