This staff is reprehensible. The owner of this practice should be ashamed of the way they treat patience. Completely dis respectful. They should try hiring educated people instead of the children and trash they have working there. I suggest complaining to your insurance company and nys office of professionals. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY DERMATOLOGIST AND NOT VERY GOOD OBES AT THAT!!!!!

Long wait time, office staff is rude. I needed a receipt for my flex spending and the billing staff refuse to listen to me, hung the phone up on me several times and had an attitude.
