Dr. Rehana Sajjad, MD

Very unprofessional both the staff at the front desk and the nurses and doctors as well....i unfortunately had to visit them on 4 different occasions and was disappointed every sigle time. The waiting time is over an hour. I wanted to like them because they are in my neighborhood within walking distance but i dont have 3 hours of my day to just sit at their office and then to deal with the rudeness and unprofessionalism of all staff members is really not worth it. i now travel for 3 miles to visit another gyno in another neighborhood.

I will NEVER go there again. The doctor never showed up, and they blamed the train. So I look on the MTA website from my phone, AND THERE WERE NO DELAYS ON THE J TRAIN! Or any other train, which is rare for the MTA! There are more than 1 doctor, and they told me they tried to call the one I was scheduled to see, but she was not answering. So you mean to tell me, after freezing my ass off in a paper gown for nearly half an hour, because the AC is on in the patient rooms, but not in the waiting rooms, she is NOT coming? They told me I can reschedule. No way! It was just a yearly visit, but still...
And they mispronounce my name, which is a major pet peeve, since my name is way too easy. And when they were taking vitals, after they took my blood pressure, they didn't tell me what it was, and they had me take the cuff off!
The front office is rude. I get there early, and I had to sit there. When I felt I was sitting too long, and I inquired why, they told me they check you in 15 minutes before your appointment time. My appointment time was at 10, and guess what time they checked me in? You guessed it. 10.
No way am I coming back here. Not one DOSE of care in Women's Health care here.
