I have been going to dr.tikoo for almost a year and a half and putting up with the two hour waits even though I have an appointment, when my insurance has a two day down time because of the new year, because I'm on medacaid, and he refuses to see me knowing my meds ran out that day, despite my insurance will be up the next day and he can bill me then, he just refused me, now I can't see him for a week and I'm in sever pain...not to mention withdrawal because I'm taking an opiod pain med, he is a horrible doctor that has no knowledge about the meds he prescribes, he is a just a drug dealer who takes insurance and he makes sure he always gets his money up front

He's an okay doctor, but as a person he's condescending and kind of a jerk. Totally uncommunicative. Expect at least a two-hour wait, even with an appointment. Last time I visited him, which is the last time I will visit him, I was kept waiting four hours with no explanations or offer to reschedule. When I told him how long I'd been waiting, he actually had the nerve to snap at me--"Do you want me to wait on you or not?" Do not recommend at all.
