Love the doc but hate how you can't speak to someone to make an appt. It's only by vm or by email

The best neurologist around hands down. I love him and if this review was based solely on him, he would get 5 stars. However, his staff can be a bit lazy. And they will say they faxed something or called somewhere and they really didn't. So I took one star off for that. But believe me, any review you see speaking badly about Dr. Grossmann himself, I highly doubt it is true. He is thorough and straight to the point. He knows exactly what he is doing and if you have a problem, he listens and does what he feels is best. To the person who wanted an option other than medication, why go to a doctor? Go to an herbalist. That is like going to a smoke shop and asking for something to quit.

Disgusting bedside manner! Incredibly arrogant and rude to children. Appointments extremely rushed -gives you no time! Awful man!

In my opinion Dr. Grossman is an excellent physician. To my family and I, he is considered an angel sent from heaven by God himself put on this earth disguised as a doctor with miraculous abilities to cure severely ill children. I was recommended to Dr. Grossman many years ago by a good friend of mine who had a young daughter at the time, she woke up one morning with one side of her face twisted and stuck that way as if she had a stroke. Dr. Grossman cured that young girl and her dad referred him to me for my son. Who, at the time, was three years old and diagnosed with epilepsy which is a seizure disorder. My son had nine appointments per month, was on three different medications & still he was hospitalized at "least" once a month due to his seizures. I took my son to doctor after doctor trying to get someone to help my son, control his seizures. He had hospitalization after hospitalization before I met Dr. Grossman, being referred to this man was a blessing in disguise. Our lives changed, not only did this doctor help to control my son's seizures but my son is totally seizure free and not on any medications & has been this way for years now, thanks to Dr. Grossman my son is living a normal, healthy life as a teenager. I am grateful that this "man/ angel/ doctor" has entered our lives, I don't know if my son would have made it without him. Dr. Grossman truly saved my son's life. I have read the prior reviews, and I can't for the life of me understand why people would say such horrible untruths about this man, because Dr. Grossman is a great doctor! I would recommend him to anyone that has a sick child, if you truly want your child to get better than Dr. Grossman is who your child should be seeing. I am speaking from experience, I took my child to all the rest and they did absolutely nothing, and than I took him to the best!! "Dr. Grossman" now were living happily ever after, it's a true miracle. My son is free of seizures and free of any and all medications.. Thank you, with all of my heart Dr. Grossman!!!! You are undoubtedly the best Neurologist ever!!!!!!

I like the fact that he gets the job done as far as not letting the appointments drag from months on in. but I did not like him at all. I asked him what if I did not want to give my child medication. and his response was " I cannot help you" I am definitely going for a second opinion. I would not recommend a dog to this doctor. I just find it so funny when you call the office to request for documents' they are slow with sending them out. the day of my son's appointment which was last week when I found out the diagnoses' I was told a letter would be mailed out that following day stating the diagnoses''. called the office an it was mailed out "MONDAY" which was a holiday. didn't know the mailman runs on president day!
these people are full of it. the worst experience ever!!!!!
