Dr. Ralph B. Famiglietti, DDS

Whereas I cannot review Dr. Famiglietti himself, as I did not see him, I can review his receptionist woman, Maura, who told me to "find another dentist" when I questioned treatment options (this was AFTER some work was performed.) I wonder how Dr Famiglietti would feel had he known she just turned away a patient and ultimately their entire family. A patient has rights, and those rights include asking questions regarding treatments and billing until you are satisfied with an acceptable answer. Dental advice from a RECEPTIONIST is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
I will say, however, that the dentist I did see (not Dr. Famiglietti but a young woman) was very friendly and accommodating. The demeanor of the receptionist was extremely unprofessional to say the least, and that's who you need to go through to get to the dentist.

I attempted to make appointments for my family and I at Dr. Famiglietti's office and they were extremely unaccommodating. I wanted to make 2 appointments on the same day and they refused to do so. They expected me to come on FOUR separate days to accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children)!! The dentist told me that if we cancel then he will be sitting around for an hour with no appointments!! I was more than happy to schedule 2 appointments on 2 separate days but he wouldn't even hear of it. I have never heard of such a policy. How can you expect patients to come to your office 4 times in one week?? Especially a family with small children??
