- Terrible #80519

I Scheduled with Dr Lespinasse and was seen by a resident after waiting for over an hour. There was no explanation as to why the resident was seeing me and Dr. Lespinasse never came in the room. The icing on the cake was when I asked for a pap smear to be done but the resident would not perform one and could not give me an explanation as to why this could not be done. I walked out in a Daze. I already reported the incidence to my insurance so this visit will not be paid for. Such a waste.
