We had Squirrels in our attic and for us that was a big worry as they immediately started to do some serious damage to the house exposing it to the weather (we really love our place so for us this bordered on terrifying). We had the unfortunate experience of trying a different pest control company first. I would not say that they were the most awful people in the world but they did not nearly give the kind of guidance and customer service that a situation like this requires (not even close). We parted ways with the first pest control company and we found Dr Pest Control and they did a terrific job for us. They let us know what to expect in terms of approximate time frame and how many squirrels we might be dealing with. They set the traps up strategically and used special baits to lure the squirrels to them. They notified us at all times when they were on their way to our house to service the traps and notified us again when they arrived. They responded promptly to all communications from us. They also provided temporary closure service so that the squirrels could not get back in once they were out. Dr Pest Control understood how important getting this job finished was to us and was there with us right to the finish. Dr Pest Control rates were reasonable...........a very good value for the excellent service that they provided..
