Dr. Frank is a real find. Not only is he extremely competent and professional but he is kind and really focused on patient care. He is a exceptional dermatologist and an superbly talented cosmetic dermatologist. He has an artistic eye. He listens to you and does exactly what you request. The staff at the office is friendly and professional. Dr. Frank is very conscientious, competent, and attentive. No question is too insignificant for him and he is generous with his time. He saw my husband, who is not one of his longtime patients. for an emergency condition with just a call, and he has cleared up an ongoing skin condition of my own that 4 other dermatologist could not even calm down.
