Dr. Oliver S. Youssef

This is my first time writing a review. It's unfortunate that I have to write a bad review. I honestly would never do this. But I had a terrible experience at this doctor. I have been attending visits here for 4 months and have never gotten better. My nose was in terrible shape after a bad car accident and the doctor just kept rescheduling appointments throughout the months without offering me any sort of solution. I had a catscan done for my nose, only to go back to the doctor and have him say that he "didn't get the results" after the MRI place told me they sent it to him. I was desperate and needed someone to help me. Sadly, this place didn't offer anything. They only looked at the condition of my nose and said it must be frustrating and didn't do anything to help. I am never going here again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

The staff is very helpful both doctors are great. I took my daughter and son for the tonsil removal and my kids had a quick healing process no issues. I will recommend these doctor's best ENT doctors....

Me encanto, sobre todo su higiene, es un centro muy organizado, y el doctor de primera me dejo expresar todo lo que quise hablar sobre mi padecimiento, es un doctor excelente.no un doctor mecánico.

I dont like to give bad reviews but my experience was pretty bad, this doctor was not honest and maybe he was just tired...
I went in because my right ear was making popping noises especially at nights or early mornings, I had no pain but it was just really annoying. My wife insisted me to have my self check with an ENT doctor.
I explained this to the doctor and he just remove a little hair (maybe from the same morning) from my ear and he said ok that was it! and he quickly rushed to his computer to put on his notes, I asked him "I am good to go? that's it?" he said "Yes"
As I left I quickly realized this doctor was not honest and he just wants your money, not professional at all. The sound came back the next day and I googled it and this type of noises inside the ear is from Tinnitus, this has no solution and it goes away in few weeks but sometimes is a sign that you are losing that ear anyway it needs to be further analyzed by your doctor trough tests and etc... this doctor did not care about my situation, removing a little hair from my ear is not the way you can fool patients, he did not explained or suggested anything.
He has two girls in the front desk and like 4 or 6 computer behind them (looks like a cyber cafe) for billing and who knows what for... anyway dont go to this doctor if you care about your ear or other health problems.
