Dr. Olga Leonardi, MD

The office sent me to collections within a couple of moths. It was odd because I did not receive a bill from the office prior to that. It also does't look like they allowed the insurance to process payment. I am now receiving collection bills and office bills that overlap and they can't give me answers.

I tried the doctor out felt as if maybe I was being too harsh. Absolutely no connection with the doctor what so ever. Asked questions received answers in doctor terminology. Never felt as if she was a people person. No eye contact. Didn't recieve no alterantives or given better education on my health issue. Glad i switched this doctor !!!

I've been seeing Dr Leonardi for about three years. She has seen me through a pregnancy during that time, but I was seeing her before as well. I like how efficient she is. She isn't a touchy feely doctor, but she always listens to my concerns when I voice them. Janice is the office manager and she is fantastic. Seriously, she's great. If the doc is running behind, and you have to leave, she will make sure to sneak you in really quickly so you don't have to reschedule. One star off because they are sometimes late, but also because the people who do the billing aren't great and don't always accurately mark when I've paid. Janice always works with me to figure it out, but it's happened several times when they don't send payment information on to the office.

Her office assistant is a mess. I was at Dr. Leomardi's office on April 2011 and since then my insurance hasn't received all the notes and forms to process the claim for my visit! Today, February 28th, 2012 once again I called her office and the assistant J. was unable to be consistent in her comments of whether or not she sent the information to the health insurance. Every time I call the office I am told that I will receive a phone call confirming that the paperwork has been faxed to the insurance and today,again THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED! This is not a serious doctor office since I can tell that there isn't supervision. Since November 2011 I still receiving notices from the pre-collections department of the lab that did my exams. It's been almost one year since my appointment with the doctor and she hasn't taken any responsibility in sending the forms and notes to my health insurance. A DOCTOR WITH REALLY BAD STAFF.
