The staff and secretaries are extremely rude. It is so hard to get an appointment with this doctor. I get put on hold, they pick up, and then this happens for at least four to five times until I once had to hang up due to the frustration. Paperwork such as referrals to see specialists are never put in the computer properly, and you always need to follow up because the office can't every seem to do a proper job. Seeing the doctor for follow up may be after months because she is so overbooked. It's really not worth the time or effort. I've asked for a copy of my records to get transferred to my new physician. Signed the documents and all. Still waiting (2-3 months) for them to actual transfer them over. Once I get those records transferred, I will never step ground in this office. This office has lost its basic principle on having to treat a patient as a human being. There are far too many doctors in this tristate region that I am willing to go out on a limb and choose any of them with my health than go to her office with my health concerns. She nor the people at her office doesn't care about the value of your time. DO NOT Recommend her.
